I’ve been practicing yoga at Yoga & Me for the past 10 years, thanks to my wife who initially encouraged me to join.
I truly appreciate the yoga teachers at Yoga & Me. During school holidays, I invite my two grown-up sons to join the class sessions.
They started doing yoga with me during the Covid-19 pandemic through
Yoga & Me’s Facebook sessions.
