Whatever you are, you can do yoga. Whether you have flexible body or not, you are able to do so. Many poses or few poses that you can do, doesn't estimate that you are "good or bad" at yoga. So, please don't compare yourself to anyone in the class because we don't have the same physical body. Nonetheless, body weight isn't problem to practice yoga due to the fact that such yoga poses can burn fat out. Moreover, the yoga balances your body, physically and mentally. Most of the poses focus on improving strength and stretching muscles together with breathing control in the way of yoga. You can have concentration, relaxation and peace. A trainee shoulder wear both shirts and pants that are fit in order ti have the agility while practicing. No shoes and socks needed! There is a yoga mat which the studio provides and you will be on it practicing. For safety, you must not wear any accessories nor jewelry. Having some meals before class for 2-3 ahead as well as keeping drinking water throughout the day. Importantly, you should have enough rest both before and after class. Unless you have enough sleep, you can be drowsy during the practice.
